About Kim

Kim adopted her dog Bernie (who was one of the best dogs ever) which is how she became an advocate for rescuing animals. During the covid quarantine she watched a show about farm sanctuaries, and that inspired her to find The Riley Farm Rescue. Being at the farm and spending time with the animals gave her the final push to transition to veganism.

Her favorite thing to do is to find enrichment activities for the animals and then watch them play! These include mirrors for the birds, stumps for the goats, and soon a xylophone for Fred the turkey so he pecks at that and not people!

Kim can usually be found at the farm every weekend bringing Charlotte and Damian treats!
