Welcome Katie, Julia and Jack!

We recently welcomed three new ducks to the farm family and they couldn’t be cuter. These three were rescued by a wonderful group in PA who have been rescuing ducks for over 20 years! They came to our farm to live the rest of their lives in peace and happiness, together. They are still pretty young, as you can see they have some yellow feathers still. They’re very attached and although they’re still getting used to their new home, they are friendly and enjoy playing in their pool! They live with Lewis and Callan, and their barn is located behind the potbelly pig area (which is known as Hogwarts).

This writer and her wife were honored to be the namesake of Julia and Katie, and therefore took some very extra photos for you. Welcome, duckies!

Jack is closest, Katie is in the middle, and Julia is farthest. Julia has the lightest bill, and Jack like all males has a curl at the end of his tail feather.
